Baker

Leader in production, train others
Manages time efficiently
Runs oven, makes mixes, forms doughs, buns, breads, etc
Manages inventory and rotates stock
Accepts and puts away orders
Assistant Baker
(3-4 positions available)
Assists with mixes, buns, dough, bread, etc
Assist with daily prep of baked goods
Assist with dishes and other cleaning duties
Assist in packaging if needed
Accepts and puts away orders
Cashier
(multiple positions available)
Confident and friendly towards customers
Execute customer transactions
Customer service (answer questions, complaints, concerns, etc)
Maintains a clean front store
Prepare packaging (replenishing supplies)
Replenishing products in front
Helping with dishes and cleaning
Packaging and Prep
(4-5 positions available)
Donut frying and decorating
Packaging finished goods
Replenishing front store as needed
Helping with dishes and cleaning
Cake and Pastry Decorator
(2-3 positions available)
Responsible for keeping display cases filled with various pastries
Decorate store cakes, cupcakes, cake orders, brownies and all other pastries, etc
Customer Service - Order Department
(2-3 positions available)
Responsible for printing tallies, wholesale orders, retail orders
Fulfilling retail orders through Shopify
Fulfilling wholesale orders and helping load them as needed
Answering the phone and emails
Market and Event Coordinator
(2 positions available)
Travel to various farmers markets (offsite)
Set up, execute and tear down of events
Loading and unloading of van
Confident and friendly towards customers
Brand ambassador of Don’s Bakery
Handles cash and credit sales
Valid driver's license is an asset
